La Bussola di Damiani Dr. Fernando, una Società di diritto italiano registrata con Partita IVA 01577830514 e con sede legale in Via della Dogana – 58040 Castiglione della Pescaia, Italia (di seguito Azienda) ha sviluppato questa Policy Privacy Internet al fine di conformare la propria attività a quella di soggetto fidato che assicura, rispetta e mantiene il diritto alla privacy dei Visitatori dell’ambiente on-line.

L’Azienda è il Titolare (di seguito Titolare) del trattamento dei dati personali eventualmente raccolti attraverso il proprio sito web www.labussolapuntaala.it (di seguito Sito) secondo quanto definito dall’art. 28 del Decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 (Codice in materia di trattamento di dati personali) nonché in ottemperanza con la normativa comunitaria (Regolamento europeo per la protezione dei dati personali n. 679/2016, GDPR) e successive modifiche. Conservazione dei dati
